From a young age Rachael always knew that she wanted to work with people. In 2014 she completed her Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) at Deakin University and is fully qualified in Counselling and Coaching.
Rachael has been practicing for 8 years, with her work focused on helping people to work through their issues to become empowered, confident and happy, as well as to create the lives they wish to live. With her experience and knowledge, she has worked with people of all ages to change their lives.
Rachael has also been working within school’s since 2015 and supports students through workshops and one-on-one counselling. With years of experience Rachael is an expert at understanding young women and the psychology behind the issues they face – and how best to work through these issues. Rachael has worked with countless young girls and supported them through their own unique journeys to a place where their emotions are self-regulated, and their self-worth and behaviour reflects well adjusted, resilient 21st century young women.
